    The team at Flannery Sales Systems brings a wealth of experience and ability to your organization. In addition to our core team, we also have access to the Affiliates and Coaches from CCS® to support all of your company's requirements.   
       
 

John E. Flannery - President

John works with his customers to develop specific revenue generation programs based around sales process. He also provides them with the supporting implementation services to help companies maximize their investment and drive results.

With 23 years of sales, sales management, and business ownership experience, John has an executive, managerial, and front-line understanding of how sales organizations should run. After 10 years in Fortune 500 companies, including Pitney Bowes and Nextel, he founded, built, and sold his own business in the wireless industry. As the lead sales executive in North America for a multinational organization, John drove the implementation of sales process into that company.

His current customers include organizations in the wireless, medical device, scientific product distribution, web, and professional services industries. He is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BS in Business Administration, emphasis in marketing, and he currently sits on the advisory board for the Sales Excellence Program at SDSU.

 
       
 

Susan Wilcox - Messaging Specialist/Workshop Manager

Susan began working with Mike Bosworth in Solution Selling training workshops in 1997 and has been working with CustomerCentric Selling® since its inception in 2001. She has worked around the world with clients, such as Rockwell Automation, SPSS, and Business Objects, to help them implement CustomerCentric Selling® deep into their organizations. Her clients have measured improvement in forecasting accuracy, shorter sell cycles, reduced discounting, and shorter start-up periods for new salespeople.

Susan worked closely with Mike Bosworth to craft a Sales Ready Messaging® Workshop as a core workshop in the CustomerCentric Selling® curriculum. This workshop is a fundamental component of success. It enables companies that wish to fully implement the concepts taught in CustomerCentric Selling® to reengineer the way they teach their people to talk about company offerings. The Sales Ready Messaging® Workshop is designed for all marketing staff: corporate communications teams, product managers, field marketing teams, and content teams.

 
       
 

Fred Hodgson - Licensed Affiliate and Instructor

Fred brings to CustomerCentric Selling® a unique expertise including a combination of top-level management skills with an outstanding record building sales volumes and opening new markets. Fluent in French and German, Fred has been responsible for sales and management positions both in the United States and in Europe. He has developed and implemented sales and marketing plans in North America, Europe, and the Pacific Rim.

Prior to joining the CustomerCentric Selling® affiliate network and Solution Selling®, Fred hired, trained, and managed both technical and sales staff while establishing customer bases with sales to Fortune 1000 companies. He has instructed seminars in sales and product marketing as well as Total Quality Management, ISO 9000, Statistical Process Control, and various computer systems.

His academic credentials include postgraduate study in international business at the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of International Affairs and undergraduate studies at the University of California.

 
       
 

Lauren Mills - Operations Manager

Lauren’s operations role covers multiple functional areas including coordination of finance, scheduling and marketing. She understands the needs of our clients, matches up the correct CCS resources, and proactively plans for a successful engagement for all involved.

Prior to Flannery Sales Systems, Lauren served as a project manager for Artemis Design Agency, where she dealt mainly with customer relations. She was also the facilities coordinator for RIMAC Sports Facilities, where she coordinated and managed all events occurring on facility grounds.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Psychology. Lauren has also competed on the Professional Beach Volleyball circuit for the last 3 years.

 
       
 

Michael Sick - Director of Marketing

Michael brings a perspective to Flannery Sales Systems that was honed by his tenure as Marketing VP for 14 years in various organizations. He understands the importance of a consistent link between sales and marketing and is using the sales ready messaging concepts from CustomerCentric Selling® to market and position Flannery Sales Systems.
 
Michael has managed marketing and communications for a broad cross range of organizations in diverse industries including software, pet supplies, restaurants, and the Army Reserve.
 
He holds a BS in Marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo and attended the Harvard Business School for an executive program in Strategic Marketing management.
 
 
       
 

Michael Brainard

Brainard Strategy has partnered with us to provide a comprehensive look at the effectiveness of our customer’s organization. Their team provides Management Consulting and Organizational Development services, and works with your company to achieve higher profitability, productivity, retention, increased morale, and customer satisfaction.

As Principle of Brainard Strategy, Michael Brainard brings over 15 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, manager, entrepreneur, and researcher. Michael has worked across the life sciences, technology, financial services and manufacturing industries to name a few.

Michael has earned a M.A. in Counseling Psychology and a M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Michael also is a Ph.D. candidate (currently ABD) in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Alliant International University.
